Your work will mainly consist of answering customers who contact HolidayCars via phone, chat or email.HolidayCars is internationally active and therefore you speak with customers from all over the world.You will be faced with questions about new and existing reservations and assists customers who have questions about the pick up of a rental car last minute.

Can speak Dutch and English fluently on a professional level.
